Soul Embodiment Coaching is a company and spiritual coaching program that helps dedicated individuals infuse their lives with magic and miracles and find the purpose and fulfillment their souls truly seek. The results of this process are just as varied and exceptional as each of the individuals to proceed through this pathway, and the degree to which they utilize, apply, and integrate the concepts and practices introduced in this course. This is Lightwork, but it is not light Work.

I am a coach for those who find themselves dissatisfied in life, wondering why their journey has brought them to this point, “What is the point??” Many feel as though there is something larger that they wish to contribute but are unclear about what or how to deliver. Well, friend, there IS a PURPOSE. There IS a REASON. There is a NEXT LEVEL, and it is the level of the SOUL. Everything that feels empty in your life is actually evidence of the calling of your soul. (This is where it gets really good!)

First, let’s be clear: I work with those who are sincere and pure of heart. Your intentions must be true and good for the tools and teachings you will gain through this program to serve you (and everyone around you) well. This magic does not support ill intentions.

Second, what makes me qualified for the job? That is a fair question.  I am a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master/Teacher and Attunement Practitioner and have had a private practice since 2018. I have been practicing magic since 2016. I have also studied several other energy healing modalities and natural remedies including Healing Touch, Jin Shin Jitsu, QiGong, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, earth medicines and shamanic practices. I have been actively studying and researching the topics of metaphysics, self-improvement, spirituality, meditation, energy, astrology, numerology, symbology, occult sciences, neurodiversity and neuroscience, attachment trauma, and brain/gut health since 2006. I am currently working on my Master Astrologer Certification and my Medical Astrologer Certification.

Before I discovered my path as an energy healer, I studied Fine Art, Metalsmithing at University of Kansas. Art and creativity of all forms run through my blood. I started hula hooping while I was in college, which blossomed into a career as a professional cirque, fire and aerial performer. I am a single mother of two elementary aged boys. We are all blessed with the gift of neurodivergence. (Yes, I said gift). I have been through the thick and thin of it in love, parenting, and business, and I have come out on top- in more ways than I ever could have imagined. It has truly been a magical and miraculous unfolding of life so far, and it keeps getting better.

I have spent many years wandering around in the “why?” of things (so that you don’t have to) and I now have many golden nuggets to share!  This coaching pathway will use all of the wonderful resources in my treasure chest to guide you through the process of building a bridge to your “future self" so you can fast track your timeline and embody that person here and now.

If the answer is a big fat “YES!!!” - not an, “I think so” or “I don’t know, what’s it gonna take?” or even a “Maybe”- but a BIG, FAT, “YES!!!” - then now is the time! If you’re still not sure, no worries! You will find the right coach for you! These are the things to look out for as you search for your coach:

• Accreditation- Make sure that the coach or guide you work with has appropriate accreditation and experience in the areas of life you are most concerned about. For instance, if you are a C-Suite exec looking to mega amplify your sales goals, I might not be the coach for you. (If that is what you are looking for, you should definitely check out my friend, Coach Keren’s program, Live With Enthusiasm) If you are a C-Suite exec who has gotten to the top, and realized that it wasn’t all it was cut out to be, and believes that there must be more to it, then I am the coach for you.

• Background- Again, make sure that the person is knowledgeable and has actual experience in the areas of life you seek to improve. You cannot give what you don’t have, so if they haven’t actually walked the journey you are trying to undergo, you might not end up with the results you were hoping for. So, if you are interested in exploring Spirituality, make sure you find someone who resides in LOVE and shows up in service.

• Rapport- Ultimately, your first feelings about a coach really ought to be honored- nice or yucky. Check in with yourself, and you will know. Coaching gets pretty intimate pretty quick. Vulnerability and honesty are key elements to the process, so you better feel okay getting emotionally naked before this person. Does the coach make you feel comfortable, safe, and heard? Or do they strike you as distant, judgemental or cold?  Again, only you will know. 

I know that may sound scary, and to be honest, transformation can, indeed, feel that way. Transformation is, after all, just a fancy word for ego death and rebirth, which is why it’s so helpful to have a guide who’s been through it and knows The Way. And I promise - the results are totally worth the discomfort!! If you run straight toward that which intimidates you, what you find on the other side is exponentially better than what you can imagine for yourself now. Imagine freedom from uncertainty, doubt and confusion? Imagine the bliss, flow, fulfillment, passion, clarity, and unshakeable certainty of self that lies on the other side, knowing that you are doing exactly what you came here to do.
